It's all White

 

Today is the kind of day when white nail vernish just HAS to be worn

I am brown enough as it is but these sunny days need a bit of nail activity that makes us feel a WHOLE lot more summery

For the past few weeks I have been in Team E

I cannot remember a time when I have been THIS content

Yes - as always life has been crazy, unpredictable and full to the brim, yet,
when you have the ying to your yang by your side then it all just makes for that funny thing called LIFE

I meet you all now in a new decade of my life
and I have to say it feels good, even though I decided not to post I AM 40 !!!!! all over my blog
hey, I am not THAT cool with it ;)

Life is filled with LOVE

Family and Friends that are just THE BEST !!!!! - and a certain Mr E xxx

and Home in the sense of in what, and where I live
and above all for the 'Home' that I return to in my mind - of making and creating and enjoy the very me of me

My £5 Find Amongst Flowers

Remember my £5.00 find ?

Well, it has properly moved in, and is a welcome addition to my very mix match lounge that is so comfortable to live and create in

With Spring upon us
( even though you would not think it with the recent snow - yikes )
the light has changed
and with windows all around my home, it is the perfect place for flowers and pot plants to thrive

Yesterday I went out to buy some new plants for my home

I never have a plan - I just love to pick up flowers and plants that take my eye

Although - I always tend to buy at least one orchid - my utter favourite !!!!!

As well as pretty, I have always have a soft spot for thick lush pot plants
and lavender has such a great tone and aroma for your home

Hydrangeas in cans are my new obsession

and quite simply cut and popped into a Mason Jar looks equally as awesome

Flowers certainly do play an important part in my life
they lift my mood and I think I have well and truly found my green fingers - yay !!!!!

Oh ..... and an extra special tip

Buy some daffodils and pop them in your kitchen

They are so happy and sunny and makes you know 100% that Spring has sprung

A Good Day

and everything else just fell into place

Treats to get through the day - it works

 

Recently life has been full of big decisions
not my best skill
yet
I have got through it and all feels exciting and good

Times like this I reach for treats

Not in a crazy munchy way

I just have little treats peppering my busy day

For example a treat can be a road trip out
with fave songs in hand
to play while driving

and yes - I do think with motion and music sometimes I am in a film
admit it
you do it too - yeh !!!!! yeh ????? ha ha

and always - whenever you can - treat yourself to your favourite flowers
and enjoy arranging them when you get home
