It has been a long busy old day and after so well needed yoga at my class
I have adopted my favourite pose of the month
still in my yoga togs
with my netbook on my lap
TV buzzing away in front of me (on ..... but I do not watch it properly)
browsing through blogs that I love.
As you may remember a few days ago I posted my FREEBIE moustaches.

There are 24 hours in the day.
Each day sees minutes/hours taken up with the usual chores
personal hygiene
catching up with family and friends
sleeping
and the rest I guess tends to be creative
oh ..... and of course as many minutes as possible to covet my favourite blogs.
I find them so inspiring
so metamorphic
and am so happy to be travelling along on their journeys
dipping my toes and eyes into their news
whenever I can.
I thought I would list my very very very favourites here
from a list that is growing
day by day by day.

and she reminds me so much of my cherished little sister

with fresh eyes and inspiring style.
Also I adore the way that she dips in and out of art mediums
and takes me back to one of the most exciting years of my life
on my Art Foundation Course
when I would one minute be wrestling with some textiles
sketching in my art journal
and above all losing myself in my creative mix.

as I think heck I am nearly 40
and then think what the heck

plus her home is testament to her take on vintage style
her sublime work

has always been someone that I have read about with a cosy cuppa
and the reason that I started on my blog journey.

I have decided to open up a new category called 'Blog Love'. It is kind of a way for me to bookmark my favourite blog sites and moreover to share them with you.
There are a few things in my life that I dare not add up .....
How many items of jewellery I own
How many frogs I have kissed
and
How many hours I spend just bumbling around the Internet reading and absorbing great style and inspiring people.
This morning, after finding myself sprawled across my sofa having a surprisingly good slumber, (I must have conked out at 10pm and not made it to bed after a busy week) I processed orders and answered e-mails, showered, brushed teeth etc and out to deliver parcels ..... (oh yes I did just about manage to put some clothes on) and after gathering necessities from the supermarket I intend to read through my new copy of Elle Decoration and have (yes another) snooze before a late afternoon/evening of work ..... and just now I have spent ample time just doing my usual ready thing.
I adore blogs more than I can say. I must admit I am rather nosey so that is probably the one appeal but I think that there is so much hidden talent out there and so many creative and unique individuals. The appeal of vintage and thrifting as I have mentioned before is my number one passion, personally and in the business sense. Seeing how people put clothes together is a magical way of spotting trends and enjoying eclectic looks that sometimes if I could not pull off that look myself, just love the fact that someone has the guts and individualism to do so themselves ..... and look amazing of course.
My number one blogger has to be Ashley G who I have to say got me into blogging.
From finding her blog I journey through the past months of her life, inspirations and creations. I realised then the gentle nature of blogs in the way that, like books from a library, you can pick up and thumb through or have at the comfort of your own laptop/computer screen to curl up with and read page by page.
I recommend that you check out her blog and also her Etsy Shop (links to which are on her blog). I have one of her prints and I LOVE it !!!!!

Another little lady that I have mentioned before is Emily.
Even though her work is quite different to Ashley's they are very similar I feel in character, mind and spirit. I also purchased a print from Emily and I look forward to spotting and reading her new posts.
