Hydrangeas as you know are my number one flower at the moment
If cut, they do not last long, but as my Nan and also my Mum have LOADS in their gardens, I always have a little chop before I leave when I visit and simply drop them into spare vases and pots when I get home
REMEMBER !!! Shake out any bugs first and Ta Dah !!! ... simple, cheap, happy flower 'arranging'
Last weekend was a family one - and it was oh so sweet
Nancy and Dilly are THE best ages, well not that kiddos are never THE best but at that just learning to do EVERYTHING and 'knowing' EVERYTHING ages ha ha, they both make for such fab company and funny times
Being lucky enough to have a Nan at the seaside we just all rocked up at Nan's and did nothing much all day long ... PERFECT !!!
We took the sun along with us, like a shiny yellow balloon ...
and explored the seafront,
the fair, the sights and sounds and then back to Nan's for tea
I also took two boxes that I had made for Nancy and Dilly with me for their mummy to store memories of their days
As I placed on card inside the boxes ... the BEST thing about memories is making them
