Sleep
(setting the obligatory alarm of course just in case).
and it totally feels as though I have pressed the reset button on my body.
all I can say is be careful peeps
strike the balance
and have masses of techy time
but eat well, sleep well, laugh well and go out and see the world
it does you a universe of good.

Texted my little sis as it is her favourite smell - she is mucho grateful
and I will give her this as a weeeee present when I see her this weekend - yay !!!!!

Exciting Times
but I am so happy to say that K and I have opened a new shop.
It is strange how things just ..... happen
and seeing K drive away this evening with a van full of stock was a wrench
of the lovely things I have found
photographed
and placed in our shop
and he will be despatching and tending to our valued customer's needs.
It is as though someone has cut the umbilical chord (dramatic I know) - (but I am)
but now it feels so right and with carbonara, Eastenders, and a film as part of my night
letting go of some things is oh so good
for the heart
soul
and my needed much times of relaxation.
Stranger still
K and I were a bit if an item
and now business chums
and who knows what the future brings.
At the moment ..... new beginnings and bubbles of excitement.

Off now to munch, slob out and watch a film half way through and snooze no doubt.
